Q:
I cannot get my computer to recognize the MX-200, what is the problem? Or, I cannot launch the MX-Edit program.
A:
The suggestion is to check to see if the driver is installed properly. If not you will need to re-install it. Check in your device manager under sound video and game controllers. This section should show the Lexicon MX-200 Control device. To find this, go to: Start, Control Panel, System. Hardware, Device Manager. Click on the plus next to sound video and game controllers. If you need to, un-plug the USB cable while the device manager is open. When you re-plug in the device you should see a device show up in this section. If the device shows up as USB audio device then the drivers are not properly loaded. This means you will need to re-install the MX-200 drivers and software.
