Q:
How can I monitor the audio from my keyboard and only record the MIDI data from it in Pro Tools, not the audio?
A:
Create a stereo auxilary track and assign the inputs to the jacks you are plugging the audio out from the keyboard too. This will enable you to record MIDI and allow the audio to pass thru seperately without having to utilize a stereo audio track or record the audio into Pro Tools if you do not want to.
