Attempting playback in Pro Tools LE on Mac returns -6085 or -6086 DAE errors with Mbox 2 Pro.

Some users with the MBox2Pro and a (qualified) Firewire hard drive have found that adjustinting the DAE Playback buffer (SETUP menu > Playback Engine) from level 2 to level 4 will prevent this error.
