My M-Audio ProKeys keyboard isn't working correctly. Is there any way to reset the keyboard to its factory default settings?

You can reset the ProKeys by holding down the "+" and "-" buttons on the keyboard's numeric keypad while powering it on. (This is much the same as resetting one of M-Audio's Axiom keyboard controllers).
