You will need to set it up so that your controller acts as a midi input to your DAW, have DrumCore set up via rewire to return audio to your DAW as an insert on either an aux track, audio track, or instrument track. Play your controller into a midi track whose source is your controller and whose output is DrumCore midi channel 10, via rewire bus; you will then hear the audio back via your aux track/audio track/instrument track.
