I got a message about an "unmapped network volume" when trying to save a session in Pro Tools.

Make sure your drive is formatted correctly. For a PC, this will mean the drive is formatted in NTFS. For a Mac, it will HFS+ (a.k.a Mac OS Extended). Drives formatted as FAT32, FAT16, or some other file system are not supported.
