Volume levels adjusted via a batch process or other automatic function will never balance perceived volume levels between tracks as well as doing it by ear with some analysis of frequency content and appropriate amounts of compression. This is the realm of the mastering engineer. The bottom line is you can't teach a computer program to know how humans perceive volume levels.
