How to Create a Rhythm Arrangement

1. Press RHYTHM.

2. Press TR2 to display to AR in the upper left corner of the display.

3. Press TR1 to turn it to ON.

4. CURSOR to the letter "P" that is to the right of the colon in the upper left of the display.

5. Press the + VALUE button to Change the "P' to an "S"

6. Press TR4 (EDT)

7. Press TR1(STP)

8. CURSOR to the Pattern Number.
Note-The default is P314 "Metro."

9. Use the VALUE Buttons to select one of the 327 available Rhythm patterns.

Note- This pattern will play indefintely until you create the next "STEP"

10. To create the next STEP in your arrangement, CURSOR to the number in the upper left corner to the Left of the colon. (:)

11. use the VALUE + button to bring up step "2".

12. CURSOR to the "Meas" position. (It is to the right of the colon {:}

13. Use the VALUE button to select the starting measure for your 2nd STEP.

For example, If you want your first pattern to play for 8 measures, then set the VALUE at 9. The new pattern will begin at measure 9.

14. CURSOR to the Pattern position and the use the VALUE buttons to select the pattern that you want to start at step 2.

15. Continue repeating the process of changing the STEP/MEASURE and PATTERN to build your arrangement for up to 50 steps.
