Patch names don't show up for my Roland keyboard in ProTools, Digital Performer or Cubase on my Mac computer.
A:
Roland has a Patch Script Editor available on their website which will create the required .middev and .midnam files for your specific keyboard and expansion cards.
Go to rolandus.com Click Login in the top righ corner of the main web page. On the user page there's a Patch Script Builder button. Follow the instructions and links for your specific model and host application. Be sure to download the PDF file from the last page that shows the location to put the files that the Script Editor creates.
