I created an OMF file, but Pro Tools will not open it

I created an OMF file, but Pro Tools will not open it.

Pro Tools, using DigiTranslator, can only open OMF version 2 files. Make sure the file you are trying to open is an OMF version 2 file. Also make sure that DigiTranslator is installed and authorized on your computer.
