When I start Protools on my PC, and it is reading the Autotune plug in I get an error: "msvcp error"

Please check the Windows/System32 folder on your system drive to make certain that the following Microsoft Runtime files are installed:
msvcp71.dll
msvcr71.dll
mfc71u.dll
mfc71.dll
