Q:
My EZ Drummer is rejecting the Authorization code, what can I do.
A:
For EZdrummer to be able to validate the code properly it is mandatory that your host does not capture keystrokes on input.
Many sequencers include a way to pass shortcuts onto plugins and will stop interfering when specifically set up to do so. For example Cubase include the preference 'plug-ins receive key commands' that allows all keystrokes to be transferred to EZdrummer once turned OFF. Please refer to your sequencer's manual for details. If you cannot overrule the host behaviour you should try authorizing with an alternative host such as Tobybear MiniHost (PC) or Plasq Rax (Mac). Validating a Computer ID there will automatically allow use in all applications on the same machine. If problems persist please contact support using the webform located at www.toontrack.com
