When I try to install My Vienna Instrument software from the CD, it gives me the message that my hard drive does not have the Syncrosoft License Control Center installed.

Please make sure that you have the latest version of OS 10.4 (Tiger) installed; the Vienna Instruments will not work with 10.3.
