I just got the Drum & Bass Rig from M-Audio, and I didn't get a manual...

I just got the Drum & Bass Rig from M-Audio, and I didn't get a manual, only the CD and Quick Start Guide. What happened to my manual?

M-Audio does not actually ship a hard copy of the manual with DrumBassRig. Manuals for all of their products are available online at m-audio.com
