Could not save because assertion in CNeolOBlock.CPP Line 164" during save, Bounce To Disk, or after hitting stop when recording audio track(s).

Usually, trashing Digidesign Databases will fix this problem. In some cases (on Mac OSX) it was necessary to trash Digi Databases and ProTools Preferences to fix this problem.
