Q:
When I launch Reason on my Mac, I get a message that "Remote system could not be installed because access to the global Application Support folder was denied." What can I do?
A:
This error may appear if you have had another instance of Reason 3 or Reason Adapted 3 installed.
To solve this, go to MacHD > Library > Application Support and delete the Propellerhead Software folder. The next time you launch Reason, a new Propellerhead Software folder will be created and Reason should now work properly.
