Unfortunately we discovered a minor problem with the MBox2 Micro. It has to do with using the headphone out jack with very low impedance headphones, where the sound quality suffers. We’ve stopped any further shipments until we can fix the problem, which we believe won’t take very long, maybe a couple of weeks. I’ll update on this in the next few days when we have a clearer answer. In the meantime, the units already shipped do still work and are great with many headphones or as a line out. We do, however, want to do the right thing for these customers so we are going to contact all of your customers that we already shipped to and arrange to ship them an advance replacement. We’ll ship them the first new units we get and we’ll include instructions for the customer to return the defective one at no charge to them. We apologize for the difficulties this causes and I’ll update you regularly with additional details as available.
