Q:
When I attempt to run the Stealthplug Control Panel in my Vista machine, I get a dialog box with title "Error" and text "Please ensure this software has been installed correctly". What should I do?
 
A:
First, log in to the User Area Download software Updates and Free content. Then, download and install the StealthPlug driver 1.1.0.5 update under an Administrator account.

If you receive the same error message after the above step, please proceed as follows:

1. Connect the StealthPlug
2. Go to Start\Programs\IK Multimedia\StealthPlug
3. Right click the StealthPlug Control Panel Icon.
4. Click Properties and then click on the Compatibility tab.
5. In Privilege Level, select the Run this program as administrator check box.
6. Click Apply\OK and relaunch StealthPlug Control Panel.
