Q:
Some of the licences I already registered on Arturia website are not available in my account. When I try registering these licences in my account I obtain the error message "This license number (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) is already recorded in our database."
A: The licences you are registering on our website are linked to your email address. Maybe you registered these licences under another email address. You then have to log into your account using this email address (the old one) in order to delete the licences from this account. You can then log out before log into your new account to add these licences. If you forgot the password of your old account, do not hesitate to use the "forgot my password link". If you do not remember you old email address, please contact the technical support (search the knowledge base for "my question is not listed here, how can I contact the support ?") indicating the serial numbers you cannot add to your actual account.
