Can I set the Monitor Station to that only one Main Source and one Cue Source can be on at a time?

Yes. In "Input Toggle" mode, only one Main Source and one cue Source button can be active. This can be handy when you want to compare various audio sources (like comparing your mix to a commercial CD). To enable this, press "Main Source ST2" while powering the unit on.
