I'm getting an Error: DIN UNLOCK is displayed when attempting to record.
A:
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot a DIN UNLOCK error.
IMPORTANT: This error will display if there is a problem when trying to record using one of the digital inputs. If attempting to record from an analog device, ensure the line input on the MD deck is set to ANALOG, instead of DIGITAL. 1. The source being recorded must be in a digital format to make a digital recording. 2. Verify that the digital sound source is powered on. 3. Verify that the recorder is connected properly to the sound source with a digital cable. 4. Replace the digital cable.
