Q:
My audio device is showing up but not working on my Windows Vista system. Everything installed ok, what can I do?
A:
In some cases, the device needs to be enabled in Vista in order to be used. To do this follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Windows Control Panel > Sound> Recording. 2. Right Click on the microphone and choose "Show Disabled Devices." 3. Next, choose the AudioBox USB and select the ENABLE option. this should allow the device to be used by any audio program.
