1) Go to the Folder screen by pressing and holding the Menu
Button.
2) Select the file that you want to move using the jog dial.
3) Press and hold the jog dial until teh file that you want to
move starts to blink.
4) Select the location that you want to move the file to.
5) Press and hold the jog dial and a "Moving..." window will pop
up and all done.
