I'm running the latest Public Release of ProTools (7.4.2pr) that brings Leopard compatibility, but Structure crashes when I instantiate it.

In the Setup/Playback Engine settings pane, assign the RTAS Processors to 2 cores or less. This should fix the issue with Structure.
