I've followed all of the steps, but can't get my Artist Series controllers to show up in the all surfaces list.

Be certain that your control surfaces are connected to Ethernet port 1. If you are using a router, connect it to Ethernet port 1, then connect the AS controllers to the router. Disable all network ports in system prefs/network beside port 1. Create a new network location. Launch EuControl. You should see your surfaces in the all list.
