You need to follow these steps to download a permanent Cubase LE 4 license to your computer:
1. Go to www.steinberg.net. Click on the My Steinberg section
2. Create a new user account at the My Steinberg section. Be sure to check the Support check box when filling out your information.
3. After submitting your account information, check your e-mail and click on the activation link in the e-mail that was sent to you to activate your account.
4. Go back to the My Steinberg section at www.steinberg.net and log into your account.
5. Once you are in your account, select the Activation/Reactivation option.
6. Select the Cubase LE4 option
7. Then select the Permanent Activation option.
8. You will need to type in the SeL number the field. To find the SeL number, open the Syncrosoft License Control Center on your system. The SeL number will be displayed in the main License Control Center window.
9. Submit the SeL number and check your e-mail again. This time you will get an e-mail that contains and Activation Code that will enable you to download a permanent license for Cubase LE4 to your computer.
10. Final Step – In the License Control Center, select the Wizards menu and then select License Download. Follow the steps in the License Download wizard (You will enter the new activation code). When you finish this wizard, a permanent Cubase LE4 license will be downloaded to your computer.
