Q:
My UA25EX shows up as an interface on my Mac but no sound comes in or out. There is only one version of the driver. How can I fix this?
A:
In one case, a customer had the UA25EX connected to the USB port on his computer keyboard. Relocating the USB connection to a native USB port on the computer fixed the problem.
