Sibelius won't launch. The splash screen gets stuck on "Creating Tool Windows: Ideas Detailed View"

Try reinstalling the .NET Framework for Windows located here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en

If its still not working, you may need to run the .NET Framework Cleanup utility in the link below, then reinstall the framework from the link above.
