Q:
How do I set up the Axiom Pro in Cubase?
A:
Load Preset #15 for Mac and Preset #16 for PC on your Axiom.
In Cubase, go to Devices>Device Setup Click the "+" button on the top left to add a control surface. Choose "M-Audio Axiom Pro" from the list. On the right, select Hypercontrol IN and Hypercontrol OUT. If the Axiom Pro won't show up in the list of controllers in Cubase. What do I do? Make sure you have installed the control surface personality from your disc. Confirm that it is installed in C:\Program Files\Steinberg\Cubase\components, the file name will be AxiomPro.dll If you don't see it there, do a windows search. Once you find the file, copy and paste it into the components folder mentioned above and restart Cubase.
