Even if you are logged in as an administrative account in Vista, you sometimes have to specifically run a program as administrator.

When you launch Pro Tools, right click on the icon and choose "run as administrator" every time. For whatever reason Vista will not allow Pro Tools to access the Miroslav plugin without this extra step.
