Q:
Im having Problems Authorizing My ToonTrack EZ Drummer Product
A: IF you're having issues authorizing your product, please check a few things: 1. make sure that you're opening EZdrummer to authorize it with your computer in the EXACT state it needs to be when you're making music; that is to say, if you turn off the ethernet or internet controls, or anything like that, you should make sure that that's all done when you open EZdrummer, as this can affect your comptuer ID that is generated for you. 2. Please use Toontrack solo to authorize your products. It is the easiest way to authorize your Toontrack product, and is free. Please download solo from the DOWNLOADS section of your toontrack user account, near the very bottom of the downloads page. Install it, and open it. It will ask you which drummer you want to use, open up your product, and follow the authorization routine if need be, as outlined in the manual.
