Deleting Sonar's Preferences.
 
A:
On Windows 7 and Vista:

Go to:
C:\Users\~your username~\App Data\Roaming\Cakewalk\SONAR\
Delete the files AUD.ini, Cakewalk.ini, TTSSEQ.ini
Then hold shift while doubleclicking the SONAR icon to launch it.

On Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\~your username~\Application Data\Cakewalk\SONAR\

Delete the files AUD.ini, Cakewalk.ini, TTSSEQ.ini
Then hold shift while doubleclicking the SONAR icon to launch it.
