Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers
There, drag digidiomididriver.plugin to the trash. You can also delete any other drivers inside this folder which you are not using. For example, if you use a Digidesign 003, you could delete DigidesignMBox2MIDIDriver.
