I read about the latest version of firmware for the J-Station on your website, but I can't figure out how to get it. How or where do I get it?

The latest version is bundled with the J-Edit software. Download J-Edit and install it on your PC. When the installation is complete, use the Windows start menu to go to Start --> Programs --> Johnson Amplification --> J-Updater. This program will update the firmware.
