Q:
Sync App won't lock to SMPTE (won't stay on line).
A:
1) 1/4 second or more of bad or missing Time Code.
2) Check the SMPTE Volume to the LTC/MTC converter. 3) Allow for 5-10 seconds of preroll. 4) Bad SMPTE source. 5) Verify SMPTE start time with the current session.
