Q:
How to install MOTU Drivers in Windows95 Installing MOTU Drivers in Windows 95
A:
1. Open Settings, Control Panels; select Add New Hardware
Windows 95 will display one or two windows asking if you would like the "Wizard" to scan for your new hardware. We do not want it to scan. Hit "No" and then "Continue." 2. Select "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers" The next window will offer a list of different types of hardware to install. We'll choose "Sound, Video, etc." 3. Click "Have Disk" In the next window, Win95 will list a number of manufacturers. MOTU is not listed here, so we'll hit "Have Disk." 4. Insert the MOTU disk, and Win95 will find the driver. Click "OK," and Windows 95 will install the driver. That's it. The driver is now installed. MTP II and MIDI Express PC users note: Be sure to select the Base Address from the drop down list, it must match the dip switch setting on the card.
