RADAR MTC In/Out is working in the current version (1.20) with one
limitation. If you are slaving RADAR from a MIDI sequencing package,
you must ensure that you filter all other information except MIDI clock
as there is a bug that has to do with MIDI bandwidth when note data,
and system exclusive information is present. MTC OUT seems to work OK.

In version 1.30 (March), all the MTC stuff will be flushed out properly
and the user will not have to pay any attention to this nonsense.
