The 3700 will transmit start, skip, and prgm numbers digitally via SPDIF only !

If the source tape was made on other than a Panasonic machine there may be problems .

The Progarms have to more than10- 15 seconds in length

The Panasonic sv3700 copy protection can be set to; no copies, one copy, or unlimited copies! This is done via the dip switches. this infomation is on pg.35 of your owners manual.
