THE TAPE HAS NOT BEED CRUNCHED. We can talk a tech through manually removing the tape. Tape extraction requires about 40 min on the phone. Customer will need to pay for this at the shop rate of $60.00/hr. This is not considered "Tech Support"

Problem: Broken Left cam logic gear. Unit must be serviced by trained personnel.
Tascam will extend warranty repairs for this problem, regargless of machine age.


Cleaning and alignment will be additional, if needed.
