6) ERROR METER very cool
Power up in "TEST" mode
insert tape and push PLAY
push "REMOTE" and the ch1,2 meters become "Error Rate" meters for A abd B heads. The most sensitive LED shows an Error Rate of 0.06 which is above acceptable. SO; If any meter LEDs light the unit needs at least a good cleaning.
