MB16, 24, 32. "0" reference can be changed to "+6, so that "+10" = "+16" for use with digital tape machines.

Control Room Output Select Switch
I suggest you use the Headphone Outputs as control room feeds. The circuit consists of 2)4560 unity gain opamps in parallel as current pumps. This will make an excelent low impedance (60Ω), unbalanced source. Wire the cable balanced at the amp and -phase to shield at the board.
