There has been some confusion on this package, specifically since it is being positioned as a plug-in package that only operates on Native applications using the CPU of the Mac or PC, how can it operate with PC software such as SoundForge and Wavelab since these require an interface card? Joel at Waves has provided the answer that they are actually in the unique position of offering the bundle before these applications are ready! Basically, any PC editor that is Active Movie Compliant (a Microsoft implementation) will work. Soundforge and Wavelab are just about to implement this, Cakewalk will be shortly behind and he was not sure about SAW. Also, on the Mac side, they are suggesting Peak as the way to go for surrent SDII users who want this package as Peak is using the native RAM of the CPU instead of the Audiomedia card. He also mentioned that they are working on sidegrade pricing for users who currently own SDII plug-ins to get the Native Power Pack at a reduced price and will let us know soon.......sent to sales, Dave, Bruce, Troy , and Mark
