Q:
Setting up MMC MTPAV and Cakewalk

A:

1. In Cakewalk, under "settings" select "Midi Output" and check the MMC box, and set the timecode masters ID# to #20..All other boxes are unchecked..

2. Next, under "Settings" select "Time Format" and check the 30 frames nondrob selection ( unless you are using another format )..This is also the window that allows you to select the SMPTE/MTC offset time to align the start time of your midi sequence to the time location of the Adat tape and incomming MTC itself..

3. On the MTPAV, make sure that it's set to "base setting", and Using the window knob to go to "Global hardware setup" turn the cursor and value knobs to set the MTAV itself to ID# 20, and the first ADAT to id# 1.. THe MTPAV will automaticaly set the rest of the Adats device IDs on power up....

You should now be up and running fine....
To add the LRC to the setup, plug it into the pedal B input, and set the Pedal B input on the MTPAV to "LRC"
