MAKING YOUR OWN CDROMS FOR THE KURZ:

You’ll need a Mac with a SCSI port or SCSI card. You’ll need Formatter 5 (by Software Architects). You’ll need an external SCSI drive (Zip, Syquest,...) to dump data to from your Kurzweil.

1. Save files/data onto extenal drive directly from the Kurzweil.

2. Connect SCSI drive to Mac. Turn power on gear.

3. Turn off Mac PC Manager in Formatter 5.

4. Use Toast and access the external drive on the SCSI buss. Do a data/disk copy with Toast (use ISO 9660 format) to cd. Voila!
