This can be easily fixed by a keybed adjustment. Customer's CAN do this:

1. Refer to the Pro2 diagram in the TS Manuals file or the Service manuals file.
2. Loosen screws labeled "K" on the diagram
3. Gently move the keys _away_ from the chassis, so that a small amount of space is left between key and chassis.
4. re-tighten the screws.
