Recommended UnZip Utility to use when downloading OS from website OS Update

When downloading OS update for Masterlink from alesis website, it is Highly recommended that they download "Stuff-it Expander" from aladdinsys.com This unzip utility is most reliable when unzipping file after downloading.
If customer uses "Win-Zip" as their unzip utility, Masterlink will not recognize the disk.
