Q:
Pro Audio 9.03 Update
What does the patch address?
A: The Cakewalk Pro Audio 9.03 Patch introduces the following fixes and enhancements: Adds support for Roland U-8. Processing the Transpose MIDI effect over several linked clips transposed the clips excessively. Fretboard view: Playing file with more than 6 strings could cause system to crash. Studioware panel automation data was recorded and updated even when the Record and Update options were disabled. The AudioX Transports tab in the Options-Global dialog was missing Help file. MIDI playback would sometimes cease after Solo'd editing in the Audio View. To download and apply the patch: 1. Download the Cakewalk 9.03 Patch to your computer. Saving the patch to your Windows Desktop will make it easy to find. 2. As with all Windows installations, we strongly recommend you close all open programs before starting the patch installation (step 3.) It's especially important that you close any system monitor or PC first aid type programs before installing any software. 3. Run the 9.03 patch by either double-clicking the file or entering the correct path in the Windows Start Menu's | Run dialogue. 4. The Cakewalk 9.03 patch will search your system and apply the update to the correct location.
