Q:
Why does my program knob on my Lexicon MPX500 jump randomly when I turn it?
A:
This can be fixed by contacting Lexicon at (781) 280-0300. They can send a free eeprom chip which is user replacable and will fix the program knob jerkyness, give it more responsive tap, and remove clicking from some of the ambient programs.
