Q:
TYPE 2 ERROR WHEN BOUNCING IN PT LE 5.1
A:
Pro Tools has a tendancy to crash with a type 2 error while bouncing to disk while pushing performance with RTAS plugins
steps 1) create a 32 track session 2) put some audio on the tracks 3) option-assign RTAS mono compressors across all tracks. 4) on the 2nd insert, assign as many D-verbs as you can without getting 9128. try to bounce to disk. I got a type 2 while hitting cmd period once. The 2nd time I got a type 2 after a 9128 error flickered on the screen for a second.
