Absynth immediately quits when launched on a Mac

There are reports of some extensions causing conflicts with Absynth
Try disabling the following extensions (if they are installed).

-Adobe Type Manager 4.6.2 (under MacOS 9.1)
-Action Files
-USB Floppy Enabler
-Fax STF extensions
